Simple Slaw

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 6 c shredded cabbage (you can just buy a bag in the produce section)
  • 4 Tbsp mayo
  • 4 Tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp each: salt, pepper, garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients. This is even better if you let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
