What is myDietitian? 

It’s a modern approach to wellness—no diets, no one-size-fits-all plans, just real guidance from real dietitians. Whether you want quick answers through on-demand texting or a deeper 1:1 coaching experience with lab testing and even more personalized plans, myDietitian gives you the confidence to make food and lifestyle choices that truly work for your body. 

How is myDietitian different from other telehealth platforms?

Instead of using the standard model of booking an appointment and meeting with a dietitian, myDietitian gives you instant access. With text-based support, you can get on the go feedback from a dietitian. 

myDietitian is also focused on teaching you how your body and metabolism works with our vast online knowledge base and daily texts, so you can make informed choices on your own. No more relying on calorie tracking apps, rigid meal plans, or endless dieting. 

And our members don’t just get support - they build friendships and community with other myDietitian members. Our unmatched community allows you to be surrounded by people who get it. 

How much does myDietitian cost? 

Our standard text-based plan is $99/month, giving you direct access to a dietitian for quick answers and daily tips and motivation. 

Our premium 1:1 video and text-based coaching ranges from $599–$799/month, depending on your level of support. This includes weekly calls, personalized plans, and quarterly or biannual lab testing.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your standard text-based plan anytime. For the premium 1:1 video and text-based plan, there is a minimum commitment of 3 months, after which you can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.

Where is myDietitian available?

Currently, myDietitian is only available in the United States.

Can I use my insurance to pay for myDietitian?

myDietitian is not covered by insurance at this time.
