Yes, you read that right! You can absolutely sip on a cocktail by the pool this summer AND support your weight loss goal. You don’t have to pick.
How is this possible??
The key is keeping things blood sugar friendly. Cocktails (especially at restaurants and bars) can easily be sugar bombs with margarita mixes, syrups, juices, and more – which unfortunately do us no favors when trying to lose weight.
Instead? Make your own!
So many of our 21+ clients are sipping on their favorite alcoholic bevvys AND getting results. You don’t have to choose between fun adult drinks OR weight loss. The key is keeping your body in fat burning mode by balancing your blood sugar as much as possible – even with alcohol!
Moderation still counts here – you can’t expect to see results by drinking 5+ days a week, but having a cocktail once or twice a week and being consistent in all the other metabolism foundations can certainly still lead to fat loss.
