Bio

Busy mom of 3 and wife to a veteran. I am a teacher who is currently in a transition year. In July 2023, my family and I made a long distance move to Texas to advance our careers. It was a big adjustment for all of us, so I made the difficult decision to step down from my teaching position to focus on my family and my health. I decided to take the leap to join Metabolism Makeover in January 2024 after being an onlooker for over a year. I was fed up with the yo-yo dieting and constant bloat I was experiencing. I was miserable to say the least! Little did I know that I would gain so much more: improved mindset and mental health, confidence, an amazing group of women in my accountability group, and a supportive team of professionals to help me every step of the way on my health and fitness journey.
