42 year old working mom of two young elementary school aged kiddos. I’m an MM lifer b/c I have learned so much about what makes me feel my best. I’m a much better advocate for my well-being than I have ever been before!

I love walking anywhere and everywhere, if I could I’d make all of my bread from scratch (but that’s for another season in life), and I love everything personal and professional development.
