Healthy Taco Mix

Makes 3-4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 lb 90% lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 c black or pinto beans
  • 1/2 c salsa
  • 1 4-oz can chopped green chiles
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown turkey in skillet.
  2. Add salsa, beans, chiles, and seasonings. Mix well and heat through.
