Slow Cooker Chicken

Makes 3-4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Add everything to your slow cooker on low heat for 4-6 hours. If you want to cook it all day when you’re at work, that’s fine, the chicken just won’t be quite as tender.
